MOLDING DEPARTMENT

Valid Plastic’s injection molding department is equipped with 16 recently acquired presses featuring a high level of automation and control, supported by IT systems that allow detailed monitoring of every aspect of the production process.

Thanks to the advanced technology of the machinery, personnel can maintain complete quality control over the production flow, which varies for each individual product.
The presses are also equipped with ovens and dehumidifiers to ensure the correct material conditioning, thereby preventing any aesthetic defects.

Thanks to its dedicated team, Valid Plastic is able to carry out the following activities and types of processing:

• Plastic injection molding

• Manufacturing of plastic molds

• Design of plastic molds

• Production of small and medium-sized thermoplastic injection molds

Each operator has been trained to perform overmolding of thermoplastic resins on inserts of various types. The molded components are selected and inspected in-house by specialized personnel.

The primary plastic materials used are: PC, PBT, PA, and RUBBER.
