MOLDING DEPARTMENT

The Injection Moulding Department of Valid Plastic is equipped with 16 recently acquired presses, featuring a high level of automation and control.
Thanks to advanced IT systems, every detail of the production process is monitored with precision, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and top-quality results.

ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT

The need to better manage and meet customer requirements has led Valid Plastic to develop an in-house electromechanical assembly department, equipped with semi-automatic machinery to ensure precision and efficiency throughout the process.

TOOLING DEPARTMENT

Valid Plastic boasts a specialized tooling department dedicated to the construction and maintenance of equipment used exclusively within the moulding divisions.
Meticulous design strategies and a highly refined working method are applied to ensure the efficient production of new moulds and the highest standards of precision.

METROLOGY LAB

Valid Plastic is equipped with the most advanced and reliable instruments for product performance measurement.
The company employs state-of-the-art metrology technologies, including contact, optical, and computerized tomography systems by Zeiss, ensuring the highest accuracy and quality control in every phase of production.
